Your first payout can take 7–14 days while Stripe verifies your account; after that, payouts usually reach your bank 1–2 business days after they're sent. Payouts wait until your ID is approved and you've accepted the Ambassador Terms (and, once you've earned $600, your W-9). You see every payout in your earnings dashboard with status: Initiated → Processing → Paid.

Every ambassador has a unique referral code. Three tiers deep: your direct referrals (Tier 1, highest %), their referrals (Tier 2), and one level beyond (Tier 3). Default chain expiration: six months from first signup.

Yes. Most active ambassadors run 2–4 campaigns in parallel. The home dashboard predicts your active campaign and gives you a one-tap 'get back to work' button. Multi-campaign reps can swap freely from the same UI.

Brands can dispute outcomes. The dispute opens a structured admin review with your GPS log, photo proof, and your written response. Admin decides; either you're paid in full or the disputed amount is reversed. All disputes are logged on the brand's record.

Yes. OptGo is a Stripe Connect Express marketplace. You're a 1099 independent contractor. When you cross $600 in cumulative earnings in a calendar year, Stripe issues your 1099-NEC automatically. Your dashboard shows your earnings as each outcome is confirmed, so there's no year-end surprise.
